The more cravings that a stop smoking product pacifies the better, which is why non-nicotine quit smoking gum is the stop smoking product that so many people prefer. If you are trying to quit smoking read on if you want to find out where you can get a 30 day free supply for yourself.
When I quit smoking there were three primary obstacles to my success:
- Nicotine addiction
- Preoccupation of my mouth, which had grown accustomed to the extra attention that smoking provides it
- Insecurity (I don't think that all smokers have this obstacle, but I sure did)
First off, I was addicted to nicotine as may sound obvious, so if you want to quit smoking it helps to have a product that helps curb the cravings.
Secondly, I noticed that I realized that smoking had more than just nicotine addiction to overcome - the motion of putting my hand up to my mouth repeatedly over and over and over so many times created a habit of its own, giving a significantly level of extra attention to my mouth - my mouth became bored if it didn't have some type of activity to perform as it had been doing each time it sucked smoke in through the cigarette. Kind of funny but it seems that I would get bored if I couldn't preoccupy my mouth with something - this is another habit that is nice to have some assistance with when choosing a product to aid in quitting smoking.
Thirdly, I realized I had an insecurity issue. I am a kind of shy person so I don't think that there are many smokers with this problem, but it wasn't until I attempted to quit smoking that I realized that I hid behind my hand (when I would bring the cigarette to my mouth) when I was in a situation where I felt inadequate or insecure. Unfortunately, there aren't really any stop smoking products that I am aware of that can alleviate this obstacle, but with time as I quit smoking I became more confident as a by-factor of my success, and it's likely that you too will experience this extra confidence when you quit as well, whether you were insecure before quitting or not - its a great feeling!
If your wondering why I'm explaining the challenges that I encountered is because you first need to know what benefits you are receiving from the cigarette so that you can find substitute replacement for the cigarettes.
So thats why I recommend non-nicotine quit smoking gum since it can help curb both the nicotine addiction aspect as well as the idle boredom of your mouth - both at the same time. Unfortunately, there isn't much that the gum can help you with if you have a slight insecurity complex as I had, however, many of the alternative products only solve one of your barriers to success - the nicotine craving, so the gum works on two fronts instead of just one.
I am not saying that some of the tablets or vitamin options are bad solutions or that they don't work - rather I am just expressing a favoritism of non-nicotine quit smoking gum because it also helps keep your mouth entertained :) It helps to replace two of your needs that cigarettes provide instead of only the nicotine craving aspect.
So whether you prefer quit smoking gum, tablets, or vitamins no choice is wrong, but just make sure you use the one that is most suited to your needs, and you can join the growing club of people who have kicked the habit as I have.
Remember - if I was able to do so can you!
Now, if you are ready to kick the habit you should consider getting a free 30 day supply of your preferred stop smoking product today - whether gum, tablets, or vitamins.
Looking forward to your success!
Randy
